The G-WASH 140 is a fully automatic and cost efficient inline system for washing and decoating screens. It provides a high degree of flexibility thanks to a modular, yet compact construction method. Productivity is increased by Grünig’s “IN-LINE” throughput system, which automates the entire process:

Loading

Screens of various sizes can be placed onto the loading track directly after the printing process

Washing Out

In the automated washing bay, screens are washed from both sides. The solvent is used in a closed-circuit system.

Decoating

The decoating chemical is applied on both screen sides, and used in a closed-circuit system

Rinsing

In the high pressure rinsing process, screens are efficient washed with high pressure, eliminating any residual coating. Automated spray nozzles move over the entire height of the screen, from top to bottom. The high pressure water is part of an entirely closed-circuit system. At the end of each process, the screens are rinsed one final time with clean water. The clean water proportion can be programmed, and overflow is taken to the high pressure module.

Unloading

After the washing process, screens are automatically taken to the unloading section, where they can be removed.
