The G-WASH 170XS-DUO is an inline screen cleaning system designed for modular extension and high production output. It enables flexible automation of the entire washing process.

Setting it apart from the standard G-WASH 170XS, the DUO features doubled production capacity thanks to two parallel washing lines combined in one installation. This allows for simultaneous treatment of several screens during a single washing process.

The G-WASH 170XS-DUO, as part of Grünig’s “IN-LINE” system of modular devices, can be incorporated into the inline “G-LINE” system for automation of the entire screen process: washing, decoating, drying, coating, drying, CTS imaging, and development.
